“Aeolian Horizon” features the The Aeolynth, a custom build wind instrument, leading a cinematic journey. Inspired by Hans Zimmer and Ludwig Göransson. The piece begins with breath-like tones and deep drones, building to a majestic crescendo with rhythmic layers and soaring lines, blending natural and mechanical elements.
Velvet
“Velvet” is a lush and hypnotic track that plunges the listener into the moody, cinematic world of trip-hop. Inspired by the genre-defining sounds of Portishead, Lamb, and Massive Attack, this composition layers haunting melodies, ethereal atmospheres, and pulsating rhythms into a tapestry that feels both deeply human and intriguingly machine-like.

Strongly inspired by Neu, the track channels the motorik rhythms and hypnotic precision of the genre, while nodding to the raw industrial energy of Einstürzende Neubauten.
The Midnight Carousel
The Midnight Carousel is a composition from 2024, where the music machine drives a hypnotic, manic procession of mechanical rhythms and distorted melodies. The piece is a claustrophobic fusion of techno and circus music from hell, where the machine’s relentless pulse pulls the listener into an endless, dancing nightmare carousel.
The music machine serves as the engine of the piece, building an intense, trance-like rhythm with skewed, self-playing harmonies. Layered on top, I play Springs, a self-built percussion instrument that adds metallic resonances, piercing percussive textures, and subtle dissonances, amplifying the feeling of mechanical madness.
This is the sound of a machine that never stops—a carousel spinning faster and faster, until the rhythm fractures and the machine devours itself in an explosion of warped tones and industrial pulses.

The medley begins with the whimsical notes of Hedwig’s Theme from Harry Potter, played with a delicate precision that instantly transports the audience to the wizarding world. As the music shifts to the rousing energy of the Quidditch Match, the machine’s rhythmic power and melodic clarity come alive.
From there, the medley transitions seamlessly into the adventurous spirit of the Indiana Jones theme, followed by the swashbuckling bravado of Pirates of the Caribbean. Each piece is reimagined through the lens of Tromleorkestret’s handcrafted instruments, infusing the familiar melodies with a distinct mechanical charm.
The epic Imperial March from Star Wars brings a thunderous intensity, while the jazzy playfulness of The Pink Panther provides a lighthearted counterpoint.
